We mass-produce briquetting machines for compressing excess materials. When a briquetting machine is used, excess material storage in manufacturing facilities is reduced by 75%. Due to the volume, this also reduces excess material disposal costs.

The briquetting machine compresses metal or wood briquettes using hydraulic cylinders. The machine is self-contained, complete with a briquette storage tank, material feed system, and waste liquid collector. If necessary, we can add a cutting mill for larger briquettes or a filter device in front of the storage tank to collect waste liquids generated during the pressing process. Briquettes are cube-shaped finished products that are transported into the user’s preferred packaging.

The machine is programmed to run without the user’s intervention.
